Job Description

D.A. Davidson is seeking a detailed oriented Senior Advisory Program Manager to administer, manage and enhance the D.A. Davidson’s Wealth Management advisory program. As the subject matter expert regarding the policies, procedures and implementation of Davidson’s advisory programs, the Senior Advisory Program Manager works closely with Financial Professionals to best support our clients while ensuring a culture of compliance.

Experience and Skills

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of 10+ years of related professional experience.
* Series 7,66 (or 63/65) required.
* Expert understanding of advisory programs and platforms generally available to a Wealth Management business.
* Experience utilizing Envestnet technology strongly preferred.
* Successful experience managing the policies and procedures of a robust advisory program.
* In-depth knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction, financial and investment principles, economics, and conditions affecting the securities market.
* In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements for securities products and services
* Excellent communication and presentations skills with the ability to develop and foster strong professional relationships.

Duties:
* Manage the day-to-day functions of the Managed Assets department, including but not limited to, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating remediations as needed.
* Responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of advisory policies and procedures and ensuring adherence.
* Revamp and oversee operational engagements and processes to ensure effective, efficient, and compliant execution.
* Responsible for the accuracy of all disclosures and agreement documents as well as acting as the SME for the annual document update process.
* Collaborate with the Product Administration department to implement changes and enhancements to platform.
* Work in close collaboration with the Supervision, Compliance and Legal teams, to build and maintain key relationships, promoting a culture of compliance.
* Manage projects to enhance programs, platforms, meet regulatory requirements including formulating project plans and timelines, facilitating working sessions, reporting on progress, and driving execution.
* Other duties as assigned.
