Job Description

Summary/Function:
Responsible for developing and executing a digital strategy by creating, implementing, and supporting comprehensive digital solutions and services to various business segments.

This position will collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues, management, stakeholders and, as appropriate, 3rd party providers to lead high priority, cross-departmental initiatives, focused on key strategic, functional, and technical initiatives.

Experience and Skills

Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s Degree
*10+ years’ work-experience in digital product management and/or consumer-facing web and mobile product (experience in financial services preferred)
*Strategic thought leader with ability to drive transformational change
*Excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively, and influence at all levels
*Track record of challenging the status quo and seeking diverse thinking to drive change and growth
*Strong strategic planning and execution skills within a large organization
*Strong understanding/focus on digital technologies and platform ecosystems and how they are impacting the financial services industry with emphasis on the wealth management segment
*Strong experience in consumer facing product management and design thinking
*Strong command of risk and controls framework
*Experience in scrum/iterative application development, web-oriented architecture, API strategy, and cloud computing
*Knowledge of all aspects of the technology stack in a large-scale complex organization
*Knowledge of the securities industry, financial markets, products and platforms

Duties:
*Partner with senior management to further develop a strategy on how to leverage a digital plan to optimize adviser and client relationships, identify cost savings, streamline customer experiences, and increase operational efficiencies with KPI’s to measure success
*Communicate and advocate a digital vision and strategy to all stakeholders across the business and support teams
*Work with key internal stakeholders (leadership, sales, support, technology, operations, risk, compliance and legal) to ideate, plan, build, and manage smooth cross-functional processes
*Ensure a user-centered design process is at the heart of all proposed solutions
*Lead the team who will set the product strategy, launch plans, calendar of events, and delivery of work product
*Partner with third parties (i.e., consultants and software vendors) to optimize experiences, identify areas to grow adoption and increase efficiencies
*Responsible for driving the adoption of technology across client segments and internal operating units
*Own customer and advisor journeys, competitive benchmarking, and usage analytics
*Gather internal and external feedback to help drive prioritization
*Act as thought leader on the product strategy and execution; maintain keen awareness of industry landscape in generating new, innovative ideas and staying abreast of market trends
*Initiate efforts on how best to leverage AI and ML in activities that might increase efficiencies and slow or reduce costs
*Actively invest in building and developing team members, support strategic career planning, and be a culture carrier
*Engage in broader team efforts, including recruiting, staffing decisions, and performance management
*Assist and in some cases provide leadership in defining the next generation of our Advisor desktop experience and technology solutions

The potential pay range for this role is $125,000 - 175,000. The compensation offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis considering a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the skills, relevant work experience, and geographic location of each specific candidate. Additional incentive compensation may be earned based on performance
