D.A. Davidson, an employee-owned Financial Services firm, is seeking an exceptionally sharp, motivated and detail-oriented Client Associate to join our Helena, MT team. We’re looking to add a dynamic team member to help serve our great clients. We prioritize a healthy work-life balance and a positive office environment for everyone on our team.

How you’ll make a difference
As a Client Associate, you’ll assist our Financial Advisors and team to facilitate outstanding client experiences. The right candidate will be friendly and professional, helping to build strong client relationships with every interaction. This role provides opportunities for collaboration as well as independent initiative. It is ideal for someone with a detail-oriented, self-motivated personality who enjoys taking ownership of their work and enjoys the satisfaction of compiling project lists and follow through to ensure timely and accurate completion.

Experience and Skills

Required Skills
● Integrity and professionalism.
● Strong communication skills; verbal and written.
● Uncommon attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Ability to prioritize workload, manage deadlines and work independently when necessary.
● Ability to sustain focus and productivity in a busy environment.
● Ability to proactively work with both external and internal clients.
● Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook) and ability to learn new software systems.
● Proactive attitude and willingness to problem-solve.
● Collaborative team player.
● Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
● Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance. Schedule is M-F, full time, business work hours.

Experience
● High school diploma/equivalency (college degree preferred).
● Industry experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
● Willingness to obtain Series 7, 63, and 65 or Series 7 and 66 (on the job training provided)
