A dynamic team located in the Oklahoma City, OK office of D.A. Davidson & Co. is seeking to fill a Staff Aide position. Significant training and work responsibility come with this position. The individual in this position plays an important role in the daily operations of the team.
Responsibilities include utilizing web-based programs and Microsoft Excel to construct, update and analyze monthly and quarterly investment data. Additionally this position is responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly reporting documents, assisting with retirement income analysis and reconciling quarterly client account activity.

This exciting opportunity is part-time. While this position requires the hours worked to be in the office during the work day, we offer maximum flexibility regarding class schedule, extracurricular activities and family commitments.

Experience and Skills

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Personable and friendly with strong verbal skills
* Ability to follow policies and procedures and to maintain client confidentiality
* Ability to prioritize work load, manage deadlines and work independently when necessary
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
* Ability to proactively work with both external and internal clients. Relate with others in a professional manner in order to accomplish work responsibilities and objectives.
* Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance.
* Perform any other duties and special projects as necessary!

Duties:
* Provide assistance to a team of financial planning and portfolio management professionals with day-today duties and special projects as assigned.
* Assignments may include:
o Compiling detailed client financial activity information.
o Organizing paper files and electronic files.
