How you’ll make a difference
As a Registered Client Associate you’ll assist our Financial Advisors to facilitate outstanding client experiences. A background in financial services, bookkeeping, payroll, or other money management experience is ideal, although direct financial industry experience is not required. The right candidate will be friendly and professional, helping us to build strong client relationships with every interaction. This role provides opportunities for collaboration as well as independent initiative. It is ideal for someone with a detail-oriented, self-motivated personality who enjoys taking ownership of their work and enjoys the tangible satisfaction of compiling and completing to-do lists.

Experience and Skills

Required Skills
● Integrity and professionalism
● Good communication skills and the ability to build strong client rapport
● Uncommon attention to detail and organizational skills
● Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
● Proactive attitude and willingness to problem-solve

● Ability to sustain focus and productivity in a busy environment

Experience
● High school diploma/equivalency (college degree preferred)
● Bookkeeping, payroll, or other money management experience ideal; direct financial industry experience preferred but not required
● Willingness to obtain Series 7, 63, and 65 or Series 7 and 66 within 6 months (on-the-job training provided)
