Job Description

The Wealth Management Diversity Leadership Experience & Access Program (LEAP) is a track of our traditional Wealth Management Internship Program offering broad exposure for candidates of diverse
backgrounds to D.A. Davidson’s Wealth Management business, including research, advisor solutions, back-office operations, compliance, and supervision. Additionally, the program provides a high-level overview of D.A. Davidson’s Asset Management and Trust, Investment Banking, and Fixed Income Capital Markets divisions. You also will have the option to study and sit for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam.

The LEAP intern will gain insights into our Wealth Management business and strategic priorities by meeting with and interviewing senior leaders of the various business units. The primary outcomes
