Job Description

The Wealth Management Diversity Leadership Experience & Access Program (LEAP) is a track of our traditional Wealth Management Intern Program offering broad exposure for candidates of diverse backgrounds to D.A. Davidson’s Wealth Management business including: research, fixed income capital markets, advisor solutions, back-office operations, compliance and supervision. Additionally, the program provides a high-level overview of D.A. Davidson’s Asset Management & Trust, Investment Banking, and Fixed Income Capital Markets divisions, as well as the opportunity to meet, learn from, and mentor with Davidson’s senior leaders. You will also have the option to study and sit for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam.

This eight-week, full-time, paid internship program serves as a launch pad for diverse future leaders in the Financial Services Industry. D.A. Experience and Skills


* Post-graduate students strongly preferred. Highly qualified undergraduates considered.
* Strong academic performance and professional drive
* Proven analytical, leadership, communication, teamwork, and service skills
* Authorization to work in the U.S.
* Satisfactory results of background, reference, and credit checks
* Ability to commit to the duration of the program

We will begin accepting online applications in Fall 2020 with a tentative deadline of November 1, 2020.

Our interview process is as follows:

* September-November 2020 - Virtual interviews
* January 2021 - Final interviews for selected candidates and offers for finalists
* June 14, 2021 - Internship Program begins
* August 6, 2021 - Internship Program concludes
